Direct driver to the "Department of Commerce building" at 14th St. between Pennsylvania & Constitution Ave.
Ask to be dropped off at the 14th St. entrance, across from the Ronald Reagan Building.
Enter main lobby, show ID, go through x-ray screening, and sign in at guard desk.
Call the NCO at x2-5809 to have someone escort you upstairs. State that you are in the main lobby.

Driving

Drive to the Ronald Reagan Building and park in the underground garage.
Get directions at ITCDC.com
Take the parking elevator to the ground level and exit the building on the 14th St. side.
Cross 14th St. and enter the main lobby of the DOC building (marked by a large American flag).
Show ID, go through x-ray screening, and sign in at guard desk.
Call the NCO at x2-5809 to have someone escort you upstairs. State that you are in the main lobby.

Metro: Blue/Orange Line

Take Metro to Federal Triangle station.

Exit station and enter the Ronald Reagan Building.
Walk past the atrium toward food court.
Walk straight down ramp in food court to reach glass doors of tunnel entrance and enter there.
Show ID, go through x-ray screening, and sign in at guard desk.
Call the NCO at x2-5809 to have someone escort you upstairs. State that you are at the tunnel entrance.

Metro: Red Line
(involves ~10 minute walk)

Take Metro to Metro Center station.

Use the 13th St. exit, turn left (south), and walk several blocks to Pennsylvania Ave.
Turn right (west) and walk to 14th St., passing City Hall.
Cross 14th St. and turn left (south) to main lobby entrance.
Enter, show ID, go through x-ray screening, and sign in at guard desk.
Call the NCO at x2-5809 to have someone escort you upstairs. State that you are in the main lobby.
